Delivery & Returns
We know you'll be excited to receive your Hallmark goodies. We will be shipping your order free of charge using Royal Mail Second Class Service. Orders will need to be placed before 10am on Friday to despatch same day. Any orders after this will be despatched the following week. Please note that due to COVID-19 despite best efforts some Royal Mail services may be disrupted, and orders can take over 5 working days for delivery. If you haven't received your order after 7 days, please contact our customer service team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you for your patience!
We hope you love everything you’ve ordered but if you change your mind that’s OK too. If you want to return your order and it’s in a saleable condition, please send it back to us within 14 days for a full refund. If your order has been damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered you have 30 days to return it to us. We would also need a picture of the fault/damage.
